What You Will Do as Senior Process Engineer Pick and Place
- Process Compliance: Ensure manufacturing processes comply with legal, safety, customer, and Bosch engineering standards.
- Pick & Place Programming: Develop, validate, and optimize Pick and Place programs, NC data generation, and machine setups for SMT production.
- New Product Introduction: Support new product launches and engineering changes through layout updates and component validation.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support for machine issues, perform root cause analysis using 8D and 5 Why methods, and implement corrective actions.
- Line Optimization: Drive cycle time reduction, line balancing, bottleneck elimination, and overall equipment utilization improvement.
Skills Required:
Technical Competencies. Hands-on expertise in SMT Pick & Place machines like ASMPT and Panasonic, along with deep understanding of SMT components and defect analysis.
