What You Will Do as Software Engineering PMTS – Cloud Security
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert for infrastructure security, providing architectural direction across teams.
- Shift-Left Security: Design and build scalable shift-left security capabilities to identify risks in source code, IaC, and containers before production.
- Policy Enforcement: Design scalable policy-as-code and security enforcement frameworks for consistent controls across multiple environments.
- Kubernetes Security: Lead the architecture and implementation of Kubernetes admission control and workload security capabilities.
- Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization while driving initiatives from concept to production.
Skills Required:
Programming Languages. Strong coding experience in Go, Java, or Python to design, implement, and debug production systems.
Cloud & Infrastructure. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with Kubernetes and containers.
Security & DevSecOps. Understanding of CI/CD architecture, Infrastructure as Code, vulnerability management, and policy-as-code frameworks.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 15+ years of software, systems, or security engineering experience.
- Strong programming experience in Go, Java, or Python.
