What You Will Do as Success Guide
- Provide Technical Advice: Provide prescriptive recommendations, best practices, and technical advice for improving adoption of data management solutions.
- Deliver Coaching Sessions: Deliver 1:1 Expert Coaching Sessions and Ad-Hoc Success Engagements to Premier Success customers.
- Master Informatica Products: Become an expert in Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Governance, and MDM SaaS.
- AI-Assisted Engagement: Operate an AI First engagement model using Salesforce Einstein and automation to prioritize outreach and deliver scaled success motions.
Skills Required:
Technical Products. Hands-on knowledge of Informatica tools including IICS, PowerCenter, MDM, and Cloud Data Quality.
AI & Automation. Proficiency in using Salesforce AI features, generative AI tools, and AI-powered health scoring.
Client Engagement. Consultative and customer-focused approach with excellent presentation and communication skills.
