- Administration and Accounts: Attend all matters and files relating to Administration, Accounts, and General Administration of VAMNICOM.
- Staff and Facility Supervision: Supervise and guide staff employed in administration, accounts, guest house, hostel, dead stock, and stores.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agenda items and minutes for Management Committee meetings and assist the Director in finalizing them.
- Audit and Budget Coordination: Coordinate for the smooth conduct of statutory audits and guide in the preparation of the institute's budget.
