What You Will Do as IGA Engineer

• Application Onboarding: Lead the technical design, configuration, testing, and onboarding of enterprise applications into the Saviynt IGA platform.
• Platform Configuration: Configure and maintain Saviynt security systems, endpoints, connections, workflows, roles, entitlements, and policies.
• System Integrations: Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, database connections, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, and HR data sources.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Support joiner, mover, and leaver events, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, reconciliation, and access renewal processes.
• SOX Compliance & Audits: Implement and support SOX access controls, periodic user access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit evidence generation.
• Troubleshooting & Automation: Troubleshoot complex issues involving identity data and workflows while developing reusable automation and configuration-as-code practices.

Skills Required:

IGA Platforms. Hands-on experience with enterprise tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, and identity governance workflows.

Technical Integration. Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL queries, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Automation & Scripting. Familiarity with configuration-as-code using Terraform, Git-based workflows, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise IGA platform like Saviynt or SailPoint.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and integration troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud or SaaS integrations.
• Experience with Terraform for configuration-as-code and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Python or PowerShell scripting for automation and tooling.
• Saviynt certification or other relevant IAM and cloud security certifications.
