What You Will Do as Business & Operations Analyst
- Business Analytics & Decision Support: Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and operational MIS using Power BI and Excel.
- Planning & Analytics: Support spend planning, analyze actual versus planned headcount and spend, and prepare data-driven recommendations.
- Workforce & Resource Analytics: Track hiring progress, monitor workforce capacity and utilization, and support headcount planning.
- Leadership Reviews: Prepare business review presentations and consolidate metrics across engineering, finance, and operations teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and standardize reporting methodologies.

Data & Analytics Tools. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Power Query to handle and transform business data.
