Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani is hiring an Assistant Manager for Faculty Affairs and Development (FAD) at its Hyderabad campus. This full-time role focuses on managing learning needs, designing training programmes, and supporting faculty growth.
Who Can Apply?

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Faculty Learning Needs and Development Planning: Partner with academic leadership to identify faculty development needs, conduct structured learning needs assessments, and assist in preparing the annual L&D calendar.
- Faculty Development Programme Design and Delivery: Organize end-to-end faculty development programmes, workshops, and masterclasses while developing learning effectiveness and analytics mechanisms.
- Faculty Capability and Continuous Learning: Support initiatives aimed at strengthening teaching capability, coordinate mentoring and coaching interventions, and identify relevant learning opportunities.
- Stakeholder and Learning Partner Management: Coordinate with external trainers, maintain a repository of facilitators and learning resources, and prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards.
- L&D Governance and Coordination: Monitor the faculty learning and development budget, ensure delivery within approved financial provisions, and maintain appropriate documentation for audits.
