What You Will Do as Growth Management – UPI Growth
- Market Share Tracking: Track city-level market share, category penetration, and competitive intensity in UPI and other products to identify growth white spaces.
- Data Analysis: Leverage internal and third-party data, cohort trends, and market intelligence to size growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact levers.
- Growth Plan Execution: Design and execute city-specific growth plans including targeted campaigns, offers, and hyperlocal activations to grow transacting users.
- Hyperlocal Partnerships: Identify and evaluate hyperlocal growth levers such as local partnerships, community-led activations, influencers, and promotions.
- Pilots and Experiments: Run structured pilots and experiments to validate new growth levers before scaling them city-wide or across other focus cities.
