What You Will Do as Product Management – UPI Product
- Core UPI Product Ownership: Own end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for UPI surfaces while driving seamless payment flows and regulatory compliance.
- User Experience & Growth: Identify friction points using data and user research, then design and launch features that drive engagement and top-of-wallet positioning.
- Platform Reliability & Scale: Define success metrics, SLAs, and latency benchmarks, and build incident response playbooks for high-traffic events like IPL and festive seasons.
- Insights & Experimentation: Build dashboards to track funnel metrics and drive a culture of rapid experimentation through hypothesis testing.
Skills Required:
Product & Analytics. Experience in product management, handling funnels, conversion metrics, and using analytics tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Domain Knowledge. Familiarity with UPI-regulated environments, NPCI product constructs, and consumer-facing fintech applications.
