Paytm is hiring a Senior Product Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to build intelligent payment experiences for UPI. This full-time role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

What You Will Do as Product Management – UPI Product

• Define Product Vision: Set the product strategy and roadmap for consumer-facing UPI experiences and onboarding journeys.
• Integrate AI Solutions: Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and AI agents to simplify user journeys and automate internal workflows.
• Write PRDs and User Stories: Create clear Product Requirement Documents, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for upcoming features.
• Drive Experimentation: Run A/B testing and analyze user funnels and behavioral insights to continuously enhance the user experience.

Skills Required:

Product & Strategy. Skills in defining roadmaps, writing PRDs, and managing consumer-facing product lifecycles.

AI & Automation. Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering, and intelligent assistants.

Fintech & Payments. Knowledge of UPI payments, mandates, wallets, and digital banking regulations.
