What You Will Do as Product Management – UPI Product
- Define Product Vision: Define the vision and multi-year strategy for Paytm's UPI product suite, turning it into a roadmap that balances scale, reliability, growth, and innovation.
- Drive Core Metrics: Drive core UPI metrics including transaction success rate, activation, retention, and P2P/P2M growth with full P&L ownership.
- Champion AI-First Culture: Identify areas where Generative AI, ML-based risk models, and conversational interfaces can simplify journeys and reduce fraud.
- Manage Stakeholders: Own relationships across NPCI, banking partners, regulators, and internal teams to ensure products are delightful and compliant.
Skills Required:
Product & Strategy. Experience in defining multi-year product visions, roadmaps, and scaling 0-1 products.
Data & Analytics. Comfortable analyzing funnels, cohorts, and SQL data tools to form and test hypotheses.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience in product management
- Background in consumer fintech or payments
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institute
- Experience with UPI, wallets, or adjacent fintech products
