What You Will Do as HR Onboarding

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams like IT, Payroll, Finance, Hiring Managers, and Office Admin to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Onboarding Tracking & Reporting: Monitor new-joiner progress, completion of formalities, and checklist items, providing regular status reports to HR leadership.
- New Hire Support: Act as the primary point of contact for new employees for any queries or support during their initial days and weeks.
