What You Will Do as Talent Acquisition – Tech Hiring

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for various tech roles across different levels and skill sets.
• Volume Hiring & Sourcing: Manage volume hiring mandates and source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and databases.
