What You Will Do as Risk Management Officer
- Strategic Risk Assessment: Identify, measure, and report strategic and disruptive risks for BGSW while conducting industry market research.
- Project Management: Run independent risk projects with businesses and proactively help them manage identified risks.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to foster risk awareness and share regular knowledge with the audit function.
- Leadership Reporting: Prepare presentation decks and reports for leadership and lead discussions with business unit heads in India.
Skills Required:
Risk & Project Management. Experience in identifying strategic risks, running risk projects, and handling programs using Agile methods.
Technical Skills. Development and testing skills in software and platform domains including mobility, cyber security, and GenAI.
Soft Skills. Strong communication and senior stakeholder management exposure for cross-team collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
