What You Will Do as Specialist, Legal Services
- Contract Preparation and Execution: Perform end-to-end contract preparation and execution processes for assigned transactions from receipt to signature.
- Triage and Policy Adherence: Receive contract requests and conduct triage to ensure full adherence to established business policies and procedures.
- Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate routine vendor and commercial contracts including NDAs and software license agreements.
- Client Consultation: Ensure agreements are prepared and executed in consultation with business unit clients and subject matter experts according to approved playbooks.
- Compliance Analysis: Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
