What You Will Do as Specialist, Legal Services
- Contract Generation: Perform end-to-end contract preparation and execution processes from initial requests through final signatures.
- Triage and Review: Receive contract requests, conduct triage, and review vendor and commercial agreements to ensure adherence to business policies.
- Drafting Agreements: Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, software licenses, support services agreements, and consulting contracts.
- Compliance Check: Analyze contract terms and conditions to guarantee full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Customer Support: Provide superior customer service in line with GBSC standards, meeting response times and Service Level Objectives.
