What You Will Do as Engineer – FA Testing & Inspection Maintenance
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure manufacturing process compliance with legal, safety, customer, and Bosch standards across the team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain uptime of testing equipment including Functional Testers, Flash Testers, ICT, and IMT stations.
- Troubleshooting & Analysis: Quickly identify part failures in testers, investigate tester card issues, and prepare Initial Analysis Reports.
- Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts availability, readiness, and handle obsolete spares efficiently.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills. Hands-on experience in testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of test equipment like ICT and FT.
Process Management. Ability to handle spare parts management, Machine FMEA, and systematic problem-solving methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechatronics / Electronics
- 2 to 4 Years of experience in testing breakdown maintenance in electronic manufacturing
