Deendayal Port Authority Hiring Deputy Chief Engineer 2026
Deendayal Port Authority has invited applications to fill the post of Deputy Chief Engineer through the absorption/composite method. Eligible and willing officers from major port authorities can apply online before the deadline.
Who Can Apply?
- Applicants must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution.
- Must have 12 years of experience in the executive cadre related to planning, construction, design, maintenance preferably of port and marine structures in an industrial, commercial, or government undertaking.
- Must be holding analogous posts or superintendent engineer or equivalent posts in the respective discipline of Civil Engineering Department in the scale of pay of Rs. 13000-18250 with three years service in the grade in a Major Port Trust.
- Maximum upper age limit for direct recruitment is 42 years as on the last date of application.
- Must have benchmark grading of 'very good' in overall grading of ACRs.
