- Business Understanding & Partnering: Develop a strong understanding of the business environment and act as an Internal Consulting partner to Services business teams to understand operational and business model pain-points.

- Documentation & Implementation: Develop design documentation like SOPs, system requirements, and user journey maps, ensuring successful implementation with disciplined program and change management.
