What You Will Do as Business Analyst, Q2C Rapid Delivery
- Develop Domain Expertise: Build deep functional expertise across Q2C domain areas like CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, or Order Management to guide solution design.
- Prototype and Build: Partner with Functional Leads and Business SMEs to prototype and build enhancements yourself using AI-assisted tools.
- Requirements Discovery: Lead requirements discovery and translate findings directly into working artifacts such as automations, agents, test scripts, and dashboards.
- Process Mapping: Map as-is and to-be processes and data flows using Lucidchart or equivalent tools, replacing manual diagrams with automated tooling.
Skills Required:
Domain & Systems. Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Order Management systems.
AI & Automation. Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to build working solutions.
Data & Reporting. Aptitude for data analysis using SQL/SOQL and BI reporting tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
