What You Will Do as Growth Affiliates
- Channel Ownership & Growth: Own end-to-end affiliate channel performance from partner onboarding to scale while driving acquisition with a focus on quality metrics.
- Partner Ecosystem Development: Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks, fin-influencers, publishers, and deal platforms to unlock new growth opportunities.
- DRA Channel Buildout: Set up and scale the Digital Referral Agent channel while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Performance & Optimization: Optimize payouts, funnels, and landing journeys to improve CAC, conversion rates, and affiliate-driven funnel metrics.
- Analytics & Governance: Own channel-level reporting for CAC, ROI, and cohort performance while implementing strong tracking and fraud detection mechanisms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Analytics teams to align affiliate strategy with broader business goals.

Marketing & Growth. Expertise in running affiliate networks, performance marketing, and scaling partner ecosystems.
