What You Will Do as Field Facilitator

• School & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with schools and local stakeholders for permissions and scheduling of training sessions while maintaining regular communication.
• Student Mobilisation & Training: Mobilise students and school staff for participation and conduct digital and financial literacy sessions using videos, discussions, and demonstrations.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct baseline and endline assessments to measure learning, monitor attendance and engagement, and support field monitoring visits.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain attendance records, beneficiary data, collect participant feedback, and capture photographs and videos of training sessions.
• Project Support: Ensure timely completion of scheduled sessions, coordinate distribution of materials, and document key field challenges and learnings.

Skills Required:

Communication & Facilitation. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, school staff, and local stakeholders in group discussions.

Operations & Documentation. Basic skills in data collection, maintaining attendance records, and preparing session reports.
