What You Will Do as Supply Chain IT Operations Support
- B2B Transaction Processing: Ensure seamless B2B transaction processing by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system or transaction-related issues.
- Platform Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot errors on the E2Open platform and integration adapters to ensure minimal impact on operations.
- SAP Integration: Oversee SAP system integrations to ensure data consistency and resolve interface or IDoc-related issues.
- Support and Mailbox Management: Manage shared support mailboxes, respond to integration queries, and track JIRA tickets under Triage & Resolution processes.
- Supplier Onboarding: Conduct supplier onboarding calls, handle B2B setup, adapter configuration, and perform end-to-end testing.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate analytical reports using Qlik Sense, SAC Analytical Cloud, and Excel to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills. Advanced Excel knowledge, proficient SQL querying, basic Python for automation, and familiarity with SAP MM, E2Open, and Qlik Sense.
Communication. Clear and effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and present reports.
