What You Will Do as Technical Business Analyst
- CPQ Configuration: Design, implement, and manage the configuration of internal CPQ systems.
- Quoting Rules Governance: Own end-to-end governance of quoting rules including impact analysis, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Automation Frameworks: Design and develop automation frameworks to reduce manual intervention and enhance team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Skills Required:
Technical Platforms. Hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, SOQL, and CPQ tools like Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ.
Scripting & AI. Ability to use Python and leverage generative AI tools like Claude for productivity and process enhancements.
Communication. Strong ability to bridge technical requirements with business language and steer group discussions.
