What You Will Do as Program Management – DGM – Lending EMI
- P&L Management: Own product and business P&L levers for assigned EMI products or segments including volume, conversion, quality, and revenue.
- Funnel Optimization: Design, monitor, and optimize the full sales and credit funnel from lead and login to sanction, disbursement, and activation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Credit, Ops, and Tech to align policies, capacity, and roadmaps to business priorities.
- MIS & Leadership Reviews: Define and track business MIS and KPIs, and run weekly or monthly business reviews with leadership.
