What You Will Do as Growth Management – Merchant Lending
- Campaign Calendar Ownership: Own the campaign calendar for merchant lending including new-to-credit acquisition, pre-approved offers, top-ups, renewals, and win-back campaigns.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Plan and run campaigns across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, in-app banners, IVR, and field sales force.
- Merchant Segmentation: Build merchant segments using transaction volumes, tenure, category, geography, and eligibility to tailor offers and messaging.
- Experimentation and Testing: Design and run A/B tests on creatives, copy, offer framing, timing, and channel mix to scale successful strategies.
- Funnel Tracking: Track the full conversion funnel from reach and clicks to disbursal, and work with Product and Ops to fix drop-offs.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and incentives like cashbacks and fee waivers against clear CAC and ROI targets.
Skills Required:
